Refund policy

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order if:

    • The item does not fit, or

    • The product was not as expected.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at anthromoshop@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting details (photos if applicable).

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.

    • Returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product did not arrive.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return within 48 hours and place a new order.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized, customized, or print-on-demand items (unless damaged or defective).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items returned after the 48-hour window.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as we begin production shortly after your order is placed.
